- welcome and assist in training new crew members
- handle customer complaints and resolve guest issues quickly and with urgency
- work well with others respectfully in a team approach
- maintain clean workstations, guest areas, and exterior as needed
- operate coffee, sandwich, ovens and other equipment to prepare, package and deliver menu items
- execute POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payments accurately
- perform additional assigned functions as needed
