We are currently looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager who embodies customer service excellence, has a passion for achieving results, and is enthusiastic about team development. This role is ideal for problem solvers who possess strong leadership abilities and excel in providing clear and precise direction repeatedly. The Restaurant Manager will lead by example, acting as a role model for employees and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Dunkin' franchise.

The responsibilities of this position include overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operation, from managing staff and scheduling to maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality. The Manager will also be responsible for handling guest concerns promptly and professionally, leading training initiatives, and fostering a supportive and productive work environment. Prior experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant management is strongly preferred, as is a background in leading within a customer-focused establishment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong leadership capabilities, are essential for success in this role.

This position requires full availability, the ability to foresee and resolve problems proactively, and the capability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
