As a Team Member at Applegreen, your role is vital in ensuring the satisfaction of travelers who visit the travel plazas. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels, operating point-of-sale systems, and preparing and serving high-quality food items. The role demands a friendly, enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team Members support daily operations by following food safety standards, fulfilling kitchen duties such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning, and engaging with customers to provide a welcoming and helpful experience. Cross-selling and up-selling products are part of the responsibilities to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
