Job Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Available to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrate ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive and helpful interactions with travelers
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and follow all cash handling procedures
- Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures
- Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning
- Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Actively cross-sell and up-sell products
- Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza
- Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies
- Execute additional tasks as assigned
