The opportunity presented is for a Baker position within Dan's Dunkin' Donuts locations. Bakers play a vital role in ensuring the quality and availability of all bakery products, including finishing donuts, merchandising items, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas. This role requires close teamwork to prepare and have all menu items ready for the opening of the restaurant at the designated time. The position not only involves the preparation of delicious baked goods but also includes engaging guests by offering excellent customer service, operating food preparation equipment, handling point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
