The role of Crew Member at Dan's Management Co. involves delivering exceptional guest experiences while preparing food and beverages upholding the highest operational and quality standards set by Dunkin. Job Duties

  • Greet and serve guests while providing excellent customer service
  • anticipate and understand guest needs and strive to exceed expectations
  • operate coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
  • perform POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
  • maintain clean workstations and guest areas
  • follow direction and work well with others respectfully
  • comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies and procedures
  • resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
  • follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
