Job Duties

  • Greet and serve guests while providing excellent customer service
  • anticipate and understand guest needs and strive to exceed expectations
  • operate coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
  • perform POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
  • maintain clean workstations and guest areas
  • follow direction and work well with others respectfully
  • comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies and procedures
  • resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
  • follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • comply with all applicable laws
