Aramark is a global leader in food services, facilities management, and uniform services, proudly serving millions of guests every day across 15 countries. With a strong commitment to service and sustainability, Aramark operates with a mission rooted in serving others, fostering partnerships, and making positive impacts in communities and the planet. The company values diversity and inclusion, offering equal employment opportunities to all employees regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity, disability, or any other protected status. Aramark’s broad reach and dedicated workforce make it a dynamic and rewarding place to grow a career, with a focus on professional development, personal passion, and empowerment.

The Food Service Supervisor role at Aramark is a full-time position designed for motivated individuals eager to step up their careers within a passionate Food Services Team. This position involves working closely with a manager to coordinate and lead daily operations, oversee staff performance, and ensure the quality and safety of food production. The supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient food service environment that adheres to company policies and health regulations.

In this role, supervisors are responsible for producing and maintaining work schedules, directing daily activities, and ensuring that food is stored and served according to menu specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities also include inventory management, food production oversight, employee training and mentoring, and compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines. Supervisors serve as key communicators within the team, maintaining effective communication with staff through various channels, and promoting a positive workplace culture centered on teamwork, morale, and growth.

The role requires strong multi-tasking abilities and preparedness to fill in for absent employees when necessary. Supervisors may also be involved in occasional night and weekend catering events, cashier duties, and recommending equipment replacements to optimize facility operations. The job demands emotional control under stress, strong organizational skills, and the ability to resolve interpersonal situations effectively. Aramark supports continuous learning, so supervisors are expected to complete sanitation courses and remain knowledgeable about efficient, cost-effective program operations.

Overall, this supervisory position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food service and leadership, with a chance to contribute significantly to Aramark’s mission while advancing their professional careers.
