Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- availability to work starting at 3am
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- punctuality and reliability
- commitment to company standards and teamwork
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3am
- strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- ability to follow company recipes product specifications and procedures
Job Duties
- bake and finish baked goods such as donuts bagels and croissants
- execute pre-bake baking and post-bake procedures in a timely manner
- maintain consistent high-quality finished products
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the work environment
- adhere to company product service and food safety standards
- transition to crew position when production levels are complete
- reduce waste by optimizing production output
