This role requires an early morning availability beginning at 3am, which is essential to ensure that all baked goods are freshly prepared and ready when our guests start their day. The Baker/Finisher is responsible for baking, finishing, and preparing a variety of items including donuts, bagels, croissants, and other popular baked products. This position emphasizes not only the high quality of products but also the overall guest experience. The Baker/Finisher plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized workspace and strives to reduce waste while maximizing production efficiency. They are expected to execute all pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures accurately and timely. Additionally, when production is completed for the shift, the Baker/Finisher will transition to other crew duties to support the team. Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- availability to work starting at 3am
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- punctuality and reliability

- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3am
- strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- ability to follow company recipes product specifications and procedures
Job Duties
- bake and finish baked goods such as donuts bagels and croissants
