Job Duties
- Deliver food orders quickly and accurately to the correct tables while maintaining proper temperature and presentation standards
- verify each dish against order tickets ensuring accuracy, proper garnishing, portioning, and overall plate presentation before leaving the kitchen
- serve as a liaison between kitchen and service staff, clearly communicating special requests, dietary restrictions, and order modifications
- assist in setting and maintaining tables including providing utensils, napkins, and share plates
- refill beverages and help clear dishes as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and kitchen stations
- assist with polishing utensils and completing side work
- work closely with servers, bartenders, bussers, and management to ensure smooth, coordinated service
- provide friendly, professional service by responding to guest needs and contributing to a positive dining experience
