Job Duties
- Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
- process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems including cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments
- maintain a clean and organized store, both inside and out
- stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability
- follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery, and other regulated sales
- promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program to customers
- use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
- perform physical activities including walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching
- work effectively in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures
