Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Satisfactory completion of dealer training school or casino approved equivalent
  • Proven abilities as casino dealer
  • At least two years of dealing experience
  • Must be able to deal and supervise at least two types of table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps
  • Must exhibit leadership qualities with growth potential
  • Must be able to effectively use Windows PC and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
  • Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
  • Must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
  • Must obtain Class III A license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
  • Pre employment drug testing is required

Job Duties

  • Greet patrons and handle buy-in and payoff transactions as a table games dealer
  • Deal table games in accordance with department policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with managers and staff to verify fills, credits, and chip amounts
  • Oversee games in progress and supervise customers and employees on the floor
  • Safeguard company assets and issue playing cards and dice to address irregularities
  • Handle guest buy-ins and payouts while tracking and rating players
  • Enforce casino rules and regulations, and address guest issues or questions
