Job Duties
- Cleans and services assigned guest rooms and bathrooms in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards
- changes sheets and makes beds
- vacuums floors in both stay over and check out guest rooms
- dusts all surfaces including tables, nightstands, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, air conditioning units, and window ledges
- notifies guest services when service is complete so rooms may be sold
- reports any rooms unable to be serviced within time standards to supervisor
- reports needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor
- replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom supplies, and linens
- follows procedures for team cleaning and self-inspecting program
