Job Duties

  • Cleans and services assigned guest rooms and bathrooms in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards
  • changes sheets and makes beds
  • vacuums floors in both stay over and check out guest rooms
  • dusts all surfaces including tables, nightstands, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, air conditioning units, and window ledges
  • notifies guest services when service is complete so rooms may be sold
  • reports any rooms unable to be serviced within time standards to supervisor
  • reports needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor
  • replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom supplies, and linens
  • follows procedures for team cleaning and self-inspecting program
