The Front Desk Agent role at Marriott International is a key position responsible for creating a positive first impression for guests from the moment they arrive. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be entrusted with organizing, confirming, and managing guest check-ins and check-outs while adapting to changes efficiently. Your responsibilities will include processing payments, verifying and adjusting billing details as required, and offering clear and friendly information about the hotel’s amenities and local attractions. You will also take phone calls to provide wake-up services and relay messages to appropriate departments, reinforcing efficient internal communication channels. Handling emergency situations professionally by notifying security or authorities when necessary is part of the role, as is maintaining contingency lists for emergency preparedness.

This opportunity at Marriott International is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. You will be supported by motivating leadership and a collaborative team that strives to provide well-being and happiness both within and outside the workplace.
