Schulte Hospitality Group is currently seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dual General Manager to lead the operations at the Residence Inn Tucson Williams Centre and the Courtyard Tucson Williams Centre. The Dual General Manager position involves overseeing the day-to-day management and long-term strategic planning of two hotel properties simultaneously, ensuring that both hotels maintain high standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditures, maintaining comprehensive statistical and financial records, and setting and achieving ambitious sales and profit targets. Additionally, they will lead recruitment, training, and ongoing development of staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team while planning work schedules effectively.

The role demands proactive problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns swiftly and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise. The Dual General Manager will also oversee event and conference management to guarantee seamless execution. Asset preservation is critical, including supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings, while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers. A focus on ensuring a safe, secure environment for all guests and associates is paramount, alongside compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, brand standards, and statutory regulations.
