Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be proficient in Windows operating systems and company-approved software
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must demonstrate effective listening and conflict resolution abilities
- Must be able to handle stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work with financial information and basic arithmetic
- Must possess a can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to enhance guest relations
- Work collaboratively to achieve great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with urgency and hospitality
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support hotel events and group functions
- Answer incoming calls with friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and public areas
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests pleasantly while performing cleaning duties
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Prepare and complete shift handover reports accurately
- Ensure all team members wear clean and approved uniforms
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all team members
- Exhibit a proactive and collaborative attitude beyond traditional roles
- Conduct daily supervision walks including guest rooms and public spaces
- Onboard new team members adhering to onboarding processes
- Complete daily summary and night audit processes as per policy
- Upload and sign off on daily reports timely
- Ensure compliance with brand quality assurance standards through audits
- Enforce team dress code and friendly guest greeting
- Certify compliance with fire and life safety inspections
- Confirm completion of preventative maintenance tasks
- Monitor staff adherence to work schedules
- Foster a learning culture including safety awareness
- Provide training to ensure functional expertise of staff
- Communicate career growth and development opportunities
- Deliver daily coaching with positivity and candor
- Review team member time clock punches in accordance with policy
- Manage purchase order and invoice approval processes
- Maintain clean and organized inventory storage following procedures
