The Dual General Manager will actively engage with associates to enhance the hotel culture, living out Atrium’s core values daily. This role demands a leader who is an accountable achiever, an agile thinker, a talent curator who attracts and develops team members, and a transparent leader who communicates openly and fosters teamwork. The successful candidate will have at least four years of general manager experience, preferably within Marriott select-service properties, equipped with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of brand standards and corporate collaborations. They will also have extensive experience in managing rooms division and sales operations.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or a related field or an equivalent experience background, providing strategic decision-making capabilities. Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, cloud-based applications, and hotel property management systems is necessary to streamline hotel operations and improve productivity. This pivotal role offers more than just a management job; it invites a committed hospitality professional to become part of a company that values wellness, work-life balance, and purpose-driven leadership. Team members benefit from a robust 401(k) plan with company match, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off including vacation, access to exclusive discounts through the Atrium Traveler program, wellness initiatives, tuition reimbursement, and more. These benefits support the overall quality of life of associates and their families, emphasizing Atrium's investment in employee well-being. By joining the Atrium team, the Dual General Manager will lead a driven team, make a positive impact in the Nashville hospitality market, and grow their career in an inclusive and supportive environment.
