This leadership position oversees two Marriott-branded select-service hotels with a combined total of 245 rooms. The successful candidate will lead hotel operations with a strong focus on maintaining brand standards, improving guest satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

We seek a candidate with over four years of general management experience, especially within Marriott properties, paired with strong expertise in hotel sales, rooms division, and operational excellence.

This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a reputable hospitality group renowned for internal career growth and comprehensive benefits. Atrium Hospitality supports its employees through a 401(k) plan with company match, extensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off with vacation and travel discounts, wellness initiatives, tuition reimbursement, and meaningful community involvement programs.
