Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality
- relevant college degree preferred
- proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- supervisory experience preferred
- strong financial and arithmetic capabilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly

Job Duties
- Ensure excellent guest experience from lounge to banquet
- coach and train food and beverage team
- uphold grooming, safety, and certification standards
- manage payroll, scheduling, and productivity reports
- oversee food quality and beverage purchasing
- create and implement promotional activities
- communicate effectively with guests and resolve concerns
- analyze operational reports and participate in meetings
- provide support in various team functions as needed
