This role of Manufacturing Associate I at PCI Pharma Services plays a crucial part in delivering safe injectable pharmaceuticals by adhering to GMP production standards. The position primarily involves preparing equipment and materials required for aseptic manufacturing processes and operating critical machinery such as glass washers, autoclaves, depyrogenation ovens, and automated filling machines. The Manufacturing Associate I is expected to competently execute defined SOPs and maintain precise documentation to support batch releases in an FDA-regulated environment.

The position is designated for the 2nd shift schedule, generally Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with some flexibility required based on the manufacturing schedule. Employees working this shift qualify for a 10% pay differential. The role is full-time and offers a competitive hourly rate between $21.98 and $25.64, with eligibility for annual performance bonuses.
