Hub Group Final Mile is currently seeking Non-CDL Independent Contractors based in Waukesha, WI, to join their Appliance Delivery and Installation teams. These positions require contractors to own, rent, or lease a 26-foot box truck equipped with a liftgate. Having a Driver Helper is preferred to facilitate the delivery and installation process. The role is ideal for those with professional experience in appliance installation or individuals eager to learn the trade. This position offers a substantial earning potential, with gross pay reaching up to $4,000 per week per truck. Contractors are paid weekly through direct deposit, and they have access to online settlements making the compensation process straightforward and transparent.

As part of the role, independent contractors will be responsible for executing appliance delivery routes that include the installation of various home appliances such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other household appliances.
