Candidates for this position should possess the ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly, with daily tasks potentially requiring lifting of up to 50 pounds or more. The physical demands also encompass frequent walking especially across uneven surfaces, standing for extended durations, and performing motions such as bending, stooping, and squatting. Cognitive requirements include well-developed reasoning, problem sensitivity, and proficient oral and written communication skills to understand and relay information correctly.
A key aspect of the role involves maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations, keeping work areas clean and well-organized, and ensuring that tools and supplies are stored properly. Experience with forklift operations is considered a plus, enhancing the candidate’s capability to load and unload trucks efficiently. Employees in this role contribute directly to the smooth operations of the warehouse and supply chain processes, helping the organization meet its delivery and service objectives.
This position is classified as non-exempt, entailing eligibility for overtime pay under applicable labor laws. The role represents a vital part of the company’s warehouse operations, offering full-time employment that supports professional growth in logistics, material handling, and delivery services.
