Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving history
- Vehicle must be up to date on smog checks, registered under driver/operator, named on insurance, have functioning OBD port for GPS and covered/locking trunk
- Must have an iPhone or Android smartphone
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Ability to comply with all legal and company regulations
- Willingness to complete post-offer background check
- Authorized to work for any employer in the US
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Adaptable to changing work environments
- Detail-oriented and able to take direction well
- Cannabis experience is a plus but not required
- Experience in delivery industry preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Teamwork skills
- Reliable and dependable with good work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history and own transportation
Job Duties
- Align and comply with company policies, procedures, and company values
- Demonstrate best-in-class experience by ensuring all duties are performed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and health and safety protocols when making deliveries
- Remain educated and informed about all products and promotions
- Work effectively in a team environment and as an individual contributor
- Support retail operations as needed
- Organize sellable product in processing and secured rooms per company policies and METRC guidelines
- Package product for movement or distribution
- Perform cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations
- Flag inventory discrepancies to the operations supervisor
- Pick and stage inventory for outgoing orders
- Assist in put-away process for finished goods
- Implement procedures to prevent errors
- Maintain professionalism in appearance, attitude, and communication
- Other duties as assigned by management
