Job Requirements
- Be at least 25 years old
- Own an iPhone or Android smartphone
- Have a clean driving record and valid auto insurance
- Drive a 4-door car from 2010 or newer
- Meet local vehicle requirements
- Pass a background check
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of the local area or GPS navigation skills
- Ability to operate a smartphone and use the Lyft app
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Job Duties
- Provide safe and timely rides to passengers
- Use the Lyft app to accept and navigate to ride requests
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle
- Offer excellent customer service and ensure passenger comfort
- Keep accurate records of rides and earnings
- Follow all local traffic laws and Lyft policies
- Communicate effectively with passengers and support teams
