Job Requirements
- must be at least 25 years old
- own an iPhone or Android smartphone
- have a clean driving record and valid auto insurance
- drive a four-door vehicle from 2010 or newer (car year may vary by region)
- willingness to maintain vehicle cleanliness and Lyft standards
- ability to pass background and driving record checks
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- experience in customer service or transportation preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to use smartphone technology effectively
- ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Job Duties
- accept ride requests and provide safe transportation to passengers
- use the Lyft app to navigate and track trips
- maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it meets Lyft standards
- provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
- manage flexible work hours and optimize driving schedule for earnings
- adhere to local traffic laws and Lyft safety guidelines
- process payments and keep track of earnings using the app
