The role of Driver/Transportation Supervisor at Can Shed LLC is a vital component of the company’s operational framework. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a routine service route that involves scheduled pick-ups from various vendors. This position demands meticulous attention to vehicle maintenance, careful and accurate invoicing, and strict adherence to routing schedules. The driver will serve as the face of Can Shed when interacting with store managers and vendors, accommodating their specific standards and facilitating seamless service delivery. The driver also monitors and manages fuel levels and vehicle fluids, ensuring that the vehicles are always roadworthy and ready for the next day’s tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who take pride in precision, reliability, and environmental stewardship. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience as a Class A CDL driver and hold a valid Class A license with airbrakes. They also need to obtain a DOT Medical Card within 30 days of employment if they do not already possess one. Can Shed LLC encourages candidates with diverse backgrounds, including those with criminal records, to apply. Additionally, a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be required during the application process.
