At Benchmark Senior Living, Meadow Ridge is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Van Drivers to join its team. This full-time position plays an essential role in providing residents with reliable and concierge-level transportation services to medical appointments, shopping excursions, community outings, and various other activities. The ability to interact kindly and attentively with residents is paramount, as is maintaining their safety and comfort while traveling. Drivers will be responsible not only for safe vehicular operation but also for monitoring resident activity during transportation to ensure prompt assistance if needed. A valid driver’s license with an F endorsement in the State of Connecticut is required for this role.

The role offers weekend availability with flexible schedules and an hourly wage range between $20 and $21.25, making it a great opportunity for individuals passionate about serving seniors in a dynamic, community-focused setting.
