Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred
- Valid driver’s license with F endorsement in the State of Connecticut
- Clean driving record
- Weekend availability
- Demonstrated interest in the elderly
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work weekends
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and shopping trips
- Monitor resident activity and alert staff when assistance is necessary to assure resident safety
- Maintain vehicles in accordance with internal maintenance plan to ensure they are in safe, working order
- Provide concierge-level transportation services
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
