McLane offers competitive compensation starting with a pay rate of $27.75 per hour during training and potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $115,000 annually after completing the training and acquiring a Class A CDL license. In this role, you will train under skilled Driver Trainers, gaining practical knowledge about maneuvering tractor-trailers, conducting safety inspections, using delivery technology devices, and adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. You will maintain driver logs in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, assist with deliveries to customer premises, and gradually handle more responsibilities to ensure you’re fully prepared for a position as a professional McLane Driver.
