Established in 1906, this family-owned business has built a reputation for excellence and reliability across a diverse customer base. With two major divisions—its Food Division, a broad-line distributor covering multiple states, and its Beverage Division, serving the state of Texas—it prides itself on consistently exceeding customer expectations by offering a comprehensive product portfolio that includes Anheuser-Busch products, craft and import beer brands, spirits, and wines. The company’s commitment to quality, growth, and the success of its customers and employees alike has remained steadfast through more than a hundred years of operation.

The Shuttle Driver role at Ben E. Keith, based in Tulsa, OK, is an essential position within their logistics and distribution operations. This position offers a competitive sign-on bonus of $8,000, particularly for candidates with at least one year of verifiable experience driving shuttle doubles. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for efficiently delivering loaded trailers to shuttle depots and returning empty trailers to the branch, ensuring operational flow and timely deliveries. This job requires adherence to strict safety standards and representing Ben E. Keith with professionalism, including maintaining a positive attitude, complying with dress and cleanliness codes, and actively communicating any issues to supervisors. The role also involves operating a variety of trailer types—single axle, tandem axle tractors, and trailers of various lengths.

Candidate drivers need to have a strong driving record, valid commercial driving credentials, and a commitment to safety, as evidenced by the company’s use of AI-powered dash cameras to monitor driving performance and improve safety measures. The position encourages candidates who hold a high school diploma or GED, though relevant work experience may substitute educational requirements. Ben E. Keith is dedicated to fostering a respectful and diverse workplace, recognizing that an inclusive environment generates innovative solutions and enriches the company’s culture. As an equal employment opportunity employer and federal contractor, Ben E. Keith strongly supports minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals. Benefits for employees are comprehensive and competitive, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a career in the distribution industry.
