As a Shuttle Driver at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a key role in delivering courteous transportation services to guests and owners around the resort or other destinations as directed by management. This position demands a high level of responsibility to ensure safe and efficient transport, excellent customer service, and a friendly demeanor. You will greet guests warmly, provide them with helpful information about the local area, resorts, and attractions, and maintain shuttle cleanliness both inside and out. Safety is paramount in this role; you will perform routine safety checks on the shuttle and manage guest safety during boarding, riding, and unloading. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate courteously with team members and contribute positively to the team environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of bus, shuttle van or commercial driving/operation
- Current driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
- Clean motor vehicle driving record
Job Qualifications

- CDL - commercial driver’s license (preferred)
- Familiarity with local towns and attractions in Charleston, SC (preferred)
Job Duties
- Greeting and interacting with guests
- Manage the safety of guests while boarding, riding and unloading from the shuttles
- Transport guests around property and other destinations as directed by management in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner
- Complete routine safety checks on shuttle
- Keep shuttles clean on the inside and outside at all times, while maintaining supplies
- Provide outstanding guest satisfaction and courteous collaboration with fellow associates and departments
- Ability to work independently and a team setting, interact with people, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
- Performs other duties assigned by leadership
