As a Shuttle Driver at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a key role in delivering courteous transportation services to guests and owners around the resort or other destinations as directed by management. This position demands a high level of responsibility to ensure safe and efficient transport, excellent customer service, and a friendly demeanor. You will greet guests warmly, provide them with helpful information about the local area, resorts, and attractions, and maintain shuttle cleanliness both inside and out. Safety is paramount in this role; you will perform routine safety checks on the shuttle and manage guest safety during boarding, riding, and unloading. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate courteously with team members and contribute positively to the team environment.
