Job Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting extension chutes weighing 30 to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in dynamic, outdoor environments
- Commitment to wearing protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- Acceptable CSA and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and transportation
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of traffic routes
- Basic truck maintenance skills desirable
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional company image
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch and other team members for efficient operations
