Job Requirements
- Commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English
- Clean driving record with acceptable CSA and MVR
- No DUI or DWI in last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
- Ability to safely operate and maintain a ready-mix truck
- Capability to handle and attach extension chutes weighing 30 to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, and climb
- Willingness to wear protective equipment and follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI or DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and transportation
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills desirable
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional company image
- Coordinate closely with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
