The Ready-Mix Driver position at Cemex is an essential role within the company, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of concrete mixer trucks. This role involves delivering ready-mix concrete to various commercial and residential construction sites, navigating diverse road and site conditions that sometimes include uneven and demanding terrain. The driver is expected to handle and attach extension chutes used for precise concrete pouring, which can weigh between thirty to fifty pounds, making physical strength and agility important for this job.

As a Ready-Mix Driver at Cemex, you will be entrusted with maintaining high safety standards, ensuring regulation compliance, and providing excellent customer service as the face of the company on job sites. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $31.00 to $33.00, depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. The role demands a proactive mindset focused on safety, professionalism, and teamwork, working closely with dispatch and other operational teams to ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.
