Currently, QSL Management is seeking a dedicated Driver for The Blake at Bossier City, one of its premier senior living communities. This role is integral to enhancing the everyday lives of residents by providing safe and reliable transportation to appointments and planned community outings. The Driver position is perfect for compassionate individuals who take pride in serving others and want to contribute meaningfully to a supportive community. In this role, the Driver will be responsible for transporting residents using the community's passenger vehicles, ensuring safety and comfort throughout each trip. The Driver will maintain the vehicles in a safe operating condition and assist various department leaders including the Executive Director, Director of Activities, Concierge, and Director of Facilities Maintenance. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to meet the needs of the community and its residents. Licensure requirements include a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and preferred commercial driver’s license (CDL) or chauffeur’s license. Familiarity with Google Maps and a heart for serving seniors are also required.
