Established with a mission to promote wellness, security, longevity, family, joy, and self-worth among older adults, QSL Management stands out in the senior living industry for its unwavering commitment to excellence and compassionate service. With a strong focus on fostering a supportive and enriching environment for both residents and team members, the company offers ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a culture that values integrity, respect, leadership, safety, and joy.

Each community is designed to support seniors in maintaining their independence while providing access to supportive services that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. As a company, QSL emphasizes the importance of creating a home-like atmosphere where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for, making it a trusted choice among families seeking the best for their loved ones.

Currently, QSL Management is seeking a dedicated Driver for The Blake at Bossier City, one of its vibrant senior living communities. The Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents during transportation to various appointments and planned outings. This position is more than just driving—it involves actively supporting the community’s leadership team, including the Executive Director, Director of Activities, Concierge, and Director of Facilities Maintenance, to help maintain a seamless and positive living experience for residents.

The ideal candidate for the Driver role will have a caring heart and a genuine willingness to serve others, reflecting the company’s core values. They will be responsible for safely operating the community passenger vehicle, ensuring it is well-maintained and ready for use at all times. The Driver’s responsibilities extend beyond transportation to include supporting a holistic approach to resident care and engagement. The opportunity to work at The Blake at Bossier City offers a competitive wage, an excellent benefits package, and a supportive work environment where employees can make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.

Candidates interested in this role should possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred, and a chauffer’s license is required. Familiarity with navigation tools such as Google Maps is also important to ensure efficient and timely transportation services. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in providing excellent service, maintaining high safety standards, and contributing positively to a team-oriented atmosphere. QSL Management is committed to equal employment opportunities and encourages applicants from all backgrounds, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities, to apply.
