Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is a prominent, family-owned independent Coca-Cola bottler, recognized as the third largest privately-held and the sixth largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. With a rich heritage grounded in delivering refreshing beverage experiences, Coke Florida is dedicated to the sale, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution of over 600 products from The Coca-Cola Company and partnered brands such as Monster Beverage Corporation and BODYARMOR. This diversification illustrates the company's commitment to offering a broad portfolio that caters to various consumer tastes and preferences across Florida.
Coke Florida has consistently demonstrated excellence in its operations and management, evidenced by its selection as a US Best Managed Company by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal for the fourth consecutive year in 2025. This elite recognition honors U.S. private companies that excel in strategy development, execution capabilities, corporate culture, governance, and financial performance, underscoring Coke Florida's position as a leader within the beverage bottling industry.
The company values the contributions of its employees and promotes a supportive work environment that fosters growth, wellness, and competitive compensation. Eligible full-time associates are offered a Total Rewards Program that includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401K savings plan with a substantial company match, supplemental life insurance, paid vacation time, company holidays, tuition reimbursement, and access to employee assistance programs. This strong benefits package highlights Coke Florida’s commitment to supporting the well-being and personal development of its workforce.
Coke Florida is currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals for the position of Driver Non-CDL based at their Daytona facility. This role is a full-time opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule, working from 5 a.m. until the end of the day. The Driver Non-CDL plays an essential role in the company’s operations by ensuring that high-quality products reach customers efficiently and that retail spaces are well-stocked and maintained according to company standards.
As a Driver Non-CDL for Coke Florida, the successful candidate will manage product delivery routes, confirm the accuracy and stability of loads, fill vending machines, merchandise and rotate products, and handle invoicing and payment collection. This position requires someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, and physically capable of performing demanding tasks such as lifting and moving products weighing 50 pounds or more.
The role demands a commitment to maintaining company property, regulatory compliance, and a professional appearance of vending machines while supporting overall customer satisfaction. Individuals with customer service experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision will find this role particularly rewarding. A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record within the past three years, and at least one year of general work experience are also required to ensure safe and effective delivery services.
This opportunity at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida offers not only a stable and engaging work environment but also a chance to be part of an award-winning company dedicated to excellence and community impact. Coke Florida is an equal opportunity employer and fosters diversity by providing equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or any other protected classification. Employment with Coke Florida is at-will, and reasonable accommodations are provided to qualified individuals to perform essential job functions.
