This role is full-time and located at 5934 S Howell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207, offering a competitive wage of $13.50 per hour. The working schedule is consistent with 40 hours per week from Tuesday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with Monday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
The Driver position at Enterprise Mobility plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and high standards of vehicle availability and customer service at the facility. The Driver is responsible for safe and timely delivery of vehicles, along with occasional transport of customers, employees, or vendors to their designated locations. This role involves the moving of vehicles between locations such as return points, cleaning and servicing areas, ready lines for customer pickup, auction sites, rail yards, body shops, and corporate sites. Drivers must be prepared to handle multiple demands including repositioning vehicles on the lot to optimize access, providing courteous customer assistance, and supporting various service-related duties that ensure the smooth operation of the rental services.
The ideal candidate must have reliable driving skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to maintain excellent customer service standards. This position contributes directly to the overall customer experience, making each interaction positive and professional. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past three years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
- Must have six consecutive months of previous work or organizational experience

Job Duties
- Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
- leave vehicles positioned for best access by service agents as directed by management
- Drive serviced vehicles to ready line area and park for easy access by customers as directed by management
- Deliver vehicles to other locations as directed by management such as licensee locations, rail yard, auction sites, body shops, or other corporate locations
- Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
- Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate person
- Perform other service-related duties to ensure products and services meet customer needs
- Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete assigned duties
