The Driver Merchandiser role at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is a vital position responsible for product delivery and merchandising along assigned routes. This full-time position involves working 4 days a week with 10 hour shifts from Monday to Friday, ensuring that customers receive their pre-ordered Coca-Cola and Monster beverages efficiently and on time. The Driver Merchandiser will manage customer accounts by utilizing technology for invoicing, payment collection, and daily account settlement. This role also requires exceptional customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations through clear communication, effective problem-solving, and diligent follow-up. Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, is essential to fulfilling job responsibilities.

Beyond transportation, the Driver Merchandiser will also focus on merchandising by properly displaying and rotating products in accordance with company guidelines. The role demands collaboration with various departments within the company to build strong relationships and ensure a successful customer experience. Physical demands of the position include frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), pushing, pulling, climbing in and out of the truck, and maneuvering pallet jacks.
