The role of Driver/Lot Tech at Temecula Motorsports is a key operational position designed for an individual who is motivated, reliable, and ready to contribute to the smooth functioning of the dealership. This full-time role involves a combination of driving, vehicle handling, light mechanical assistance, and general maintenance duties within the lot and shop environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering units to customers and other designated locations while ensuring proper delivery documentation is completed. This position also requires skills in washing and cleaning units to maintain the showroom and lot’s appearance. Additionally, the candidate will operate warehouse machinery like forklifts to maneuver crates effectively within the warehouse space.

Drivers who join Temecula Motorsports will also support assembly and installation tasks by assisting in the assembly of motorsports vehicles and installing accessories to enhance customers’ purchase experience. Critical to this role is the ability to perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI’s), ensuring all units meet quality and safety standards before they reach customers. As a team member, the Driver/Lot Tech will contribute to overall shop upkeep by assisting with cleaning tasks and other assigned related duties.

The job offers a competitive hourly wage of up to $18.50 depending on experience, reflecting Temecula Motorsports’ commitment to attract and retain skilled professionals. Candidates must possess a clean driving record and demonstrate reliability alongside a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, which are essential in meeting the demands of a dynamic dealership environment. Experience with forklift operation and loading/unloading motorcycles is considered a significant advantage.
