Job Description
The Route Sales Driver position with Aramark involves driving a company vehicle to deliver goods and products on a set route or territory. This role requires ensuring accurate loading of products, maintaining par levels at customer locations, reporting sales and product issues, and keeping the vehicle well-maintained and clean. Drivers are also responsible for following all safety guidelines, company policies, and driving regulations to ensure safe and timely deliveries. This particular position is set to begin on August 10th, 2026, with working days from Monday to Friday, and does not work during the summer months. Employees in this role can expect an hourly wage of $19.00 and may be eligible for benefits and bonuses. Essential duties also include providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude, reporting any vehicle maintenance needs, and using relevant software to track product levels. The role has physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing. Personal protective equipment or uniforms may be required on the job. Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- previous driving experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- previous experience as a driver preferred
- demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
Job Duties
- Load product onto the truck daily
- stock product to par levels and maintain accurate documentation using appropriate software
- report sales, waste, customer concerns, and machine malfunctions daily
- report necessary maintenance or repairs needed on vehicle to management
- maintain, service, and clean vehicle and equipment
- adhere to all driving regulations, company safety policies, and procedures
- maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, clients, and co-workers
- perform other duties as assigned by manager
