The company is currently offering an excellent opportunity for a full-time Delivery Driver based out of its Draper, UT warehouse. This role is crucial for the efficient operation and supply chain of In-N-Out Burger locations and satellite warehouses in the region. The Delivery Driver will primarily be responsible for the delivery and rotation of products, ensuring customers receive only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Operating within a fleet of specialized trucks, including 389 Peterbilt Classic Day Cabs equipped with quiet Carrier brand reefers and 13-speed Eaton transmissions, the driver will maintain the integrity and quality of perishable goods during transit. The role requires operating equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, lift gates, and hand trucks, as well as handling large product racks.

In addition to driving duties, the Delivery Driver will perform certain warehouse tasks, such as loading and unloading trucks and pulling orders for store deliveries, working in an atmosphere that values teamwork and cooperation. The position demands a high level of responsibility, pride in workmanship, and excellent customer service skills to maintain and build long-term relationships with In-N-Out Burger restaurant managers and staff.

This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role operates on a rotating schedule of four nights per week, with shifts from 12 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., requiring availability on weekends and holidays. Compensation starts at a competitive rate of $39.00 per hour.
