Driver Helpers work alongside top-notch drivers operating vans or non-CDL trucks, delivering palletized beer and related products to restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores. This position requires physical stamina as the helper will lift, stack, and transport cases and kegs of beer up to 165 pounds. They will also be responsible for loading and unloading products using warehouse equipment and must be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions. The role emphasizes accuracy and punctuality, involving the use of a driver delivery app for proper invoicing, collecting payments when necessary, completing required paperwork, and ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. This seasonal position runs through September 15th with shifts typically from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, starting early in the morning between 4:15 AM and 6:15 AM depending on business needs. The hourly wage for this role is $27.76.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license and safe driving record
- Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds
- Ability to work in a wide temperature variation
- Ability and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to drive non-CDL truck
- Desire to assist in other departments such as Merchandising
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license and safe driving record
- Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
- Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36 degrees-Temperature outside)
- Ability and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to drive non-CDL truck
- Desire to assist in other departments such as Merchandising
Job Duties
- Follow an outlined itinerary and be willing to work as a part of team whose account types and delivery routes can change based on daily need
- Deliver palletized beer and other products from a van or a non-CDL truck to restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores
- Lift, stack, and transport cases and kegs of beer (up to 165 lbs.) of varying weights into and around accounts
- Using warehouse equipment, load and unload product to/from van or non-CDL truck
- Utilize a driver delivery app for proper retailer invoicing (must be 21+)
- Collect payments from accounts as needed
- Complete and submit all required paperwork, invoices, display forms, load sheets, and cash/checks within appropriate time frames
- Ensure accurate completion of Department of Transportation checklist, and report maintenance problems and accidents in a timely manner
- May be assigned to warehouse duties as needed
