We are seeking dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Driver, Helper Non Formula. This role is essential to the company’s food supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The Driver, Helper Non Formula works closely with the driver to assist in all aspects of delivery operations on both intrastate and interstate routes. Working hours are approximately from 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with Sundays and Wednesdays off, offering a consistent schedule to maintain work-life balance.
This position involves riding along with the driver, aiding in the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks, and placing products in designated areas as identified by customers. The role requires compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to ensure safety and professionalism at all times. The successful candidate will also complete required documentation promptly and contribute to a team-oriented environment by assisting with any additional duties assigned by management to support company goals.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six or more months experience in warehouse environment with foodservice industry interaction
- Clean motor vehicle report for past three years
- Ability to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check

Job Duties
- Assists the driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Loads and unloads truck and/or company vehicles
- Places products in areas identified by customers
- Completes required documentation in a timely manner
- Performs other related duties as assigned
