The role of Driver Helper at Core-Mark is a vital position that directly supports America’s food distribution system. This role involves assisting drivers in the safe and timely delivery of products using tractor trailers, tandem trailers, or straight trucks on both intrastate and interstate routes. The Driver Helper works alongside drivers to unload goods, place products in customer-designated areas, and complete required documentation promptly. The position requires excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed accurately. Core-Mark offers a competitive starting pay of $16 per hour and a 4-day workweek schedule with 10-12 hour shifts, available on both day and night shift options. The Day Shift dispatches between 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM, and the Night Shift dispatches between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, with a Monday to Friday availability requirement.

This role is designed for individuals who enjoy teamwork and are capable of physical work, such as lifting up to 65 lbs and performing tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbing.
