Job Duties

  • Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience
  • provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • interact with all guests and welcome each guest to our hotel
  • open guests' car doors upon arrival
  • park and retrieve guests’ cars as needed
  • assist guests in securing other forms of transportation
  • work with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences and open doors for all guests
  • assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
  • go beyond the norm to "be the difference" with all guests and employees
