The district is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion, and actively seeks to hire individuals who share these values.
This role is for a Warehouse and Delivery Support position that involves performing a variety of duties related to the receipt, preparation, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies essential to the district’s operations. The position requires assisting with the loading, unloading, transportation, and delivery of items between district warehouses, schools, departments, and other locations within a specified schedule and route. Employees in this role are expected to help district delivery route drivers, ensuring that materials, food, and other supplies are delivered on time and in a safe manner. This role is vital in maintaining the efficient flow of goods necessary to support educational programs and operational needs.

DPS fosters a culture that values equity, accountability, integrity, collaboration, and a positive work environment. Individuals in this position will communicate regularly with site personnel and supervisors to coordinate deliveries, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and adhere strictly to traffic laws and district safety procedures. The role also includes responsibility for vehicle inspection and reporting to ensure safety standards are met.
