The Delivery Driver position at Emory Dry Ice is a physically demanding and highly responsible role involving the safe and efficient delivery of dry ice products using a 26-foot box truck. A critical component of this role is adherence to all safety protocols, including strict compliance with DOT and MVR regulations, and maintaining impeccable vehicle condition and operation through pre- and post-trip inspections. Drivers also utilize GPS and other route planning tools to optimize delivery schedules and enhance efficiency.
Beyond these operational responsibilities, the role emphasizes exemplary customer service skills. The role requires flexible working hours, including potential overtime, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of customer demand and product delivery schedules. Emory Dry Ice is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and safety in the workplace. It requires successful candidates to pass a drug screening and Motor Vehicle Record check prior to employment.
