Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience as a Class A driver with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsement
- Possess excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to read and comprehend reports and regulatory documents
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in hot summer conditions while intermittently wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Position can be labor intensive, loading, unloading trucks, etc.
- Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, plus heavy overtime during season
- Occasional to frequent overnight, out of town stays (California only)
- Abide by company policy and state law regarding cell phone use while driving
- Pass a background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain safety in all phases of job performance by ensuring safe work practices are followed
- Effectively deliver loads of chemical products to our customers
- Accurately maintain transportation, vehicle and delivery data for each load
- Perform pre/post-trip inspection of your vehicle for mechanical and safety issues
- Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Accurately document and log work / rest periods and miles / hours driven
- Comply with DPG and regulatory truck driving rules and regulations
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional departments and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Perform special assignments and projects as requested by leadership
- Comply with OSHA / DOT regulations, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
