The Driver Check-In Coordinator role at PFG Customized Distribution is integral to maintaining the efficiency and integrity of the food delivery process. This role involves checking in delivery drivers as they return, verifying the accuracy of their receipts, reconciling cash and checks, and ensuring all returned goods are properly accounted for and re-entered into the inventory system. Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience in administrative support with basic math and computer data entry skills
- Ability to pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Job Duties
- Check-in drivers upon returning from deliveries
- Receive driver’s receipts of the day’s customer deliveries, reconcile cash and checks and place in the safe
- Examine and verify all returned items to be re-entered into inventory
- File Department of Transportation (DOT) logs and company vehicle maintenance reports
- Reconcile damaged goods and returned items and re-enter items into the appropriate categories within the inventory system, as required
- Communicate with inventory personnel over quality related concerns
- Communicate with drivers, department managers, and others regarding delivery challenges
- Assist in the coordination of vehicle repairs and maintenance as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
