Sunbelt Rentals offers a competitive base pay range starting from $31.13 to $46.69 per hour, with actual starting rates influenced by location, education, training, and experience. Employees become eligible for benefits shortly after starting, which include health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) matching; paid time off; tuition reimbursement; and an employee assistance program, among others.
