MTC is currently seeking motivated individuals for full-time and part-time positions at the Clearfield Job Corps Center. These positions involve the operation and maintenance of vehicles for transporting passengers and packages. The successful candidate for this vehicle operator position will be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and have at least one year of driving experience in Utah. Within 60 days of employment, they must obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and/or passenger endorsement in the state of residence. This role carries the responsibility of conducting daily vehicle inspections, recommending mechanical repairs as needed, and maintaining vehicles in a clean and orderly condition. Beyond the technical duties, this position plays a critical role in supervising youth during off-site activities, fostering a positive atmosphere, and ensuring safety and appropriate behavior.
