River Spirit Casino Resort, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a premier gaming and entertainment destination known for providing an exceptional guest experience. The Transportation Department at River Spirit Casino Resort plays a crucial role in guest services by ensuring safe and efficient transportation within the casino property and designated areas. The position of Transportation Driver is a full-time role integral to this department. The primary responsibility of the Transportation Driver is to greet guests warmly upon entering and leaving the casino as well as provide personal transportation service for guests and employees. This includes operating bus services to designated parking lots, casino entrances, and hotels, ensuring convenient and comfortable transit.
This role demands a high level of customer service skills, with drivers providing information about the casino, local Tulsa landmarks, and the layout of the property to passengers. Drivers must be attentive to passenger safety during transit and be prepared to offer physical assistance to guests boarding or exiting vehicles when requested. Typically, the vehicles operated are 25-passenger buses or 15-passenger shuttles, and the driver is responsible for planning routes, adhering to traffic and safety regulations at the tribal, city, state, and federal levels, and responding to dispatch requests or unplanned changes.
Additional duties include maintaining detailed trip logs, filing accident or incident reports, covering different shifts as needed, and performing any additional tasks as directed by management. The role is essential for ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience by enabling easy and secure access to all parts of the resort property. A valid Oklahoma Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement is required, along with the ability to pass comprehensive background checks, drug testing, and obtaining a gaming license if necessary.

Job Duties
- Greet guests entering and leaving the casino and hotel
- provide information to passengers about local landmarks, casino games, property layout, and transportation schedules
- offer physical assistance to guests entering and exiting vehicles if requested
- drive assigned vehicles such as 25-passenger buses and 15-passenger shuttles safely to designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- plan routes and comply with traffic laws across tribal, city, state, and federal jurisdictions
- complete trip logs and incident reports
